Both rustic and elegant, this house constructed in 1991 has a two tiered exterior with columns on both levels. It is located south of town. The property has over 100 acres of private land but the event will take place in a unique 5,000 square foot airplane hanger. The groom’s quarters have vintage arcade games while the bridal suite is spacious. The ceremony will take place on the grass outdoors and you can also take pictures on the flowing grounds. They have three packages with various amenities ranging from $6,200 to $10,400.

The Millstone at Adams Pond
Located a short 10 minute drive south of town, this lovely location dates back to the 1700’s. They combine a beautiful estate, with a fantastically adorned house, and an enclosed pavilion for outdoor weddings. You can be wed on a deck immediately overlooking a pond. A Saturday wedding costs $4,500 for a 12 hour rental. They include 20 tables and 75 chairs.

701 Whaley
Featuring five distinct rooms, this venue has something for every attendee/party member. There is a paved courtyard surrounding the property and a grand staircase for your entrance. All five rooms total almost 17,000 square feet of wedding festivities. In addition, to rent all five will cost $18,000 but ask about a discounted rate for the bundle.

Senate’s End
Nestled between a ravine and the Congaree River, this event space also has a few different halls to house your event. They have three indoor venues and two outdoor options as well. The Hall is the largest of the venues, 300 Senate is warm and intimate, 302 Senate has water views. They have an in-house caterer too. No prices are listed online.

Stone River
This venue couples amazing river views and a humble wedding host. They have two intimate outdoor spaces and a wraparound patio. There are natural wood floors that open to a tremendous dance floor in the center. A full day Saturday rental costs $5,500, so on the more affordable end. This includes 100 chairs and 23 tables.
